Vendor Sourcing & Consultation Only | $150 - $300

Custom Theme or Décor Design | $300 - $800

• Includes: Concept development, mood boards, sourcing decor, styling services.
   

Micro Event Planning | $500 – $900

• Includes: Planning for events under 30 guests, such as elopements, intimate parties, or pop-up weddings.
   

Day-of Coordination | $800 – $1,200

• Includes: Final walk-through, timeline execution, vendor coordination on event day, setup supervision.
  Ideal for: DIY clients who need support on the big day.
   

Partial Event Planning | $1,200 – $2,000

• Includes: Assistance with select vendors, timeline creation, limited coordination support.
  Ideal for: Clients who already have some elements booked but need help tying everything together.
   

Full-Service Event Planning | $2,000 – $4,000+

• Includes: Concept creation, vendor coordination, timeline management, budget planning, setup & teardown.
  Ideal for: Weddings, large celebrations, corporate events.

Photography Services & Pricing

Portrait Sessions | $100 - $300

• Includes: Senior portraits, family sessions, maternity, lifestyle.
  (1-hour session, 25+ edited images)

Engagement Sessions | $150 – $400

• Includes: 1–2 locations, outfit changes, edited digital gallery (30+ images).

Event Photography (Non-Wedding) | $200 – $250/hour (2-hour minimum)

• Includes: Birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions, etc. Hourly coverage with edited photos.
   

Wedding Photography Packages

Full-Day Wedding Coverage (8–10 hrs) | $1,800 – $2,500

• Includes: Pre-wedding consultation, ceremony & reception coverage, bridal party, candid moments, edited digital gallery.
   

Half-Day Wedding Coverage (4–6 hrs) | $1,200 – $1,600

• Includes: Ceremony, couples’ portraits, family shots, reception highlights.
   

Elopement/Micro Wedding (Up to 2 hrs) | $600 – $900

• Includes: Ceremony, couple portraits, optional first look.

• Perfect for backdrops, dessert tables, or entryways.
  Includes: Standard 6–8 ft garland, mix of 2–3 colors, setup included.
  Add-ons: Custom colors, metallics, or themed shapes: +$25–$50

Balloon Arch | $250 – $400

• Great for entrances, photo ops, or ceremonies.
  Includes: Full arch (10–12 ft), 3–4 colors, standard latex balloons.
  Organic (varying balloon sizes) or custom arches: +$50–$100

Balloon Columns (Pairs) | $125 – $175 per pair

• Freestanding columns with a topper balloon (star, number, etc.).
  Includes: Two 6-ft columns with basic topper.

Balloon Backdrop Wall | $350 – $500

• Wow factor for photo booths or sweetheart tables.
  Includes: 6x6 ft balloon wall, standard color palette.
  Custom patterns, logos, or themed shapes: +$75–$150

Ceiling or Room Balloon Installations | $300 – $500+ (depending on size and ceiling height)
