Frontiers in Interacting Particle Systems and Statistical Physics
Frontiers in Interacting Particle Systems and Statistical Physics
Overview
The Delft Institute of Applied Mathematics and the Mathematical Institute of Leiden University will jointly organize a scientific conference to be held on August 26–28, 2026. The meeting is organized in connection with Frank Redig’s sixtieth birthday and offers an opportunity to bring together the research communities connected by his work.
The conference will focus on interacting particle systems, hydrodynamic limits, and duality, and aims to encourage lively scientific exchange between early-career researchers and more established scientists. The program will include invited lectures on recent developments and applications in these areas, as well as open problem sessions and plenty of time for informal discussions.
Participation is open to all interested researchers. Graduate students and early-career researchers are particularly welcome.
