Roy B. Whitaker PreserveAcquired in 2005, and once a cattle pasture, this property has been actively restored with native grasses and hardwoods. Located along a mile and half stretch of the Paint Rock River, it is a favorite destination for bird watching. The Conservancy has worked to return Cole Springs Branch to its original path and continues to work with local residents to restore and preserve the Paint Rock watershed.
