Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Finx (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Finx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Finx.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Finx, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements.
Finx is designed to assist users in identifying nearby Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals and analyzing environments using supported device capabilities.
Finx is provided for informational and personal use purposes only.
The App does not guarantee detection, identification, or confirmation of hidden devices.
Finx may offer optional premium features through subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Billing frequency and pricing are displayed at purchase.
Subscription management and cancellation are available through Apple subscription settings.
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under its policies.
Prices may change where permitted by applicable law.
Premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
You agree to use Finx only in compliance with applicable laws.
Permitted uses include:
Scanning devices in spaces you own or are authorized to access
Locating your own devices
Performing privacy or environment checks for personal use
You agree not to:
Monitor, track, or surveil individuals without authorization
Collect information from devices you are not permitted to inspect
Use the App in violation of privacy, surveillance, or wiretapping laws
Interfere with networks, services, or devices
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or extract source code
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Finx may request permissions necessary to operate.

You may revoke permissions at any time through system settings.
Disabling permissions may reduce or disable functionality.
Finx relies on signals and hardware capabilities provided by your device.
Accordingly:
Detection results may be incomplete or inaccurate
Signal estimates and proximity indicators are approximate
Device presence cannot always be verified
Finx cannot guarantee identification of surveillance devices
Finx should not be used as a substitute for professional security assessment.
All rights, title, and interest in Finx, including software, design, trademarks, graphics, and content, remain the property of the developer and licensors.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINX IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

Termination ends your right to use the App.

Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules where applicable.
