Finvio (“Finvio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding user privacy through a fundamentally privacy-centric system architecture. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with your access to and use of Finvio’s applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Finvio is designed and engineered around a zero persistent data retention model.
Unlike conventional financial or digital platforms, Finvio does not rely on centralized storage of user data. Our infrastructure minimizes data exposure by ensuring that personal and financial information is neither stored nor retained on Finvio-controlled servers.
Accordingly:
Finvio does not maintain user profiles
Finvio does not persist personal or financial datasets
Finvio does not engage in data monetization practices
Finvio does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit user information
Finvio does not collect or store personally identifiable information (“PII”) or sensitive financial data in a persistent manner.
This includes, without limitation:
Identity-related data (e.g., names, email addresses, contact information)
Financial information (e.g., transactions, balances, behavioral spending patterns)
Device identifiers linked to user identity
Location-based data
In order to deliver certain functionalities—including AI-assisted insights—Finvio may process limited user-provided inputs in a transient, in-memory context.
Such processing is characterized by the following constraints:
Data exists only for the duration necessary to fulfill the requested operation
Data is not written to disk, logs, or persistent storage layers
Data is not reused for model training, profiling, or analytics
Data is programmatically discarded immediately following execution
This architecture ensures that user inputs are functionally processed without becoming system-retained assets.
Certain operational data may reside exclusively on the user’s local device to enable core functionality and improve user experience.
Examples include:
Application preferences and configurations
Cached interface elements
Session-state information
Such data:
Remains under the sole control of the user
Is not transmitted to Finvio servers
Can be modified or deleted by the user at any time
Finvio may leverage third-party service providers (e.g., AI inference APIs, infrastructure services) strictly to facilitate real-time functionality.
Where such services are engaged:
Data shared is limited to what is strictly necessary for execution
Processing occurs under no-retention or limited-retention configurations, where technically feasible
Finvio does not authorize third parties to store, aggregate, or derive independent user profiles
Users are encouraged to review the respective privacy policies of these third-party providers for additional context.
Finvio employs a security-first design approach aligned with industry best practices.
Key measures include:
End-to-end encrypted communication protocols (HTTPS/TLS)
Minimal data exposure design (data minimization by default)
Stateless service interactions where possible
Notably, Finvio’s lack of centralized data storage significantly reduces systemic risk vectors, including large-scale data breaches.
Finvio does not engage in:
Cross-platform tracking
Behavioral profiling
Targeted advertising systems
User activity monetization
Your interactions with Finvio remain private, isolated, and non-attributable at scale.
Finvio’s architecture ensures that users retain full sovereignty over their data.
All sensitive data remains local to the user’s device
No account-based persistence is maintained by Finvio
Users may remove all locally stored data at their discretion
Finvio does not knowingly collect or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 13.
Given the absence of persistent data storage, Finvio does not maintain any long-term records associated with minors.
