Dr. Wang is the president and the chief economist of Finsight Consulting Group. He is a tenured associate professor in finance and the Daniel C. Smith Faculty Fellow at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. His research on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and econometric estimation has been published in leading academic journals including Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Accounting Research, and Management Science. Before joining Indiana University, he was a quantitative research analyst at Stark Investment, a multi-billion US-based hedge fund.

Dr. Zhu is the chief executive officer of Finsight Consulting Group. LLC. With a BS in Real Estate, a MS in Real Estate, and Ph.D in Real Estate Finance, Dr Zhu has more than 15 years of real estate and fixed income research experience. She currently holds a clinical professorship in finance at Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She also serves as a nonresident fellow with the Housing Finance Policy Center (HFPC) at the Urban Institute. Before that, Dr. Zhu was a principal research associate with HFPC, where she provides timely rigorous data-driven research of key housing issues, designs and conducts quantitative studies of housing finance market, and manages and explores housing and mortgage databases. Before that, she was a senior economist in the Office of the Chief Economist at Freddie Mac. While at Freddie Mac, she served as a mortgage policy consultant to the US Department of the Treasury.
