Welcome to Finovo – Money Manager (“Finovo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Finovo application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of the Application

Finovo is designed for personal and business financial management purposes, including:

• Expense tracking

• Income management

• Budget monitoring

• Financial reporting

• Cloud backup and restore

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Some features require account authentication using Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activities under your account

• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or abusive activity.

3. User Data

Users retain ownership of the financial data they enter into Finovo.

By using the app, you grant us permission to:

• Sync data across devices

• Process analytics for app improvements

We do not sell personal financial information.

4. Premium Features & Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Subscription pricing, duration, and features may change at any time.

5. Advertisements

The free version of Finovo may display advertisements using Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party ad content

• External links

• Products or services advertised through ads

Users may remove ads through eligible premium subscriptions where applicable.

6. Data Accuracy

Finovo provides financial calculations and analytics for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Financial accuracy

• Investment advice

• Tax compliance

• Accounting certification

Users are responsible for verifying all financial records independently.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Abuse of cloud services occurs

• Unauthorized modifications are attempted

Users may stop using the app at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content including:

• UI/UX design

• Branding

• Logos

• Source code

• Features

• Graphics

are owned by Finovo and BSB Agency unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Finovo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss

• Financial losses

• Business interruption

• Device issues

• Cloud sync failures

• Third-party service outages

Use the application at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services

Finovo integrates with:

• Firebase

• Google Play Services

• Google AdMob

• Google Play Billing

Third-party services operate under their own policies and terms.

11. Updates & Modifications

We may:

• Add or remove features

• Modify pricing

• Update subscription plans

• Change these Terms at any time

Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
