It is the client’s responsibility to secure valuables, fragile items, and pets during the cleaning.

We strive to provide excellent service every time. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Finn’s Cleaning Service is fully insured.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured by the client.
Any damage or incidents must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
