Delete your FinnSana account
FinnSana lets you sign in with Google or with an email address and password to back up your learning progress. You can delete that account and all of its cloud data at any time.
IN THE APP (FASTEST)
Step 1: Open FinnSana.
Step 2: Go to the Me tab and tap your profile at the top.
Step 3: Tap "Delete account" and confirm. If you signed in with email, enter your password to confirm.
Your FinnSana account and its cloud backup are deleted at once. The progress saved on your phone stays, and you can keep using FinnSana as a guest.
WITHOUT THE APP
Email kuvadoo@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my FinnSana account". We delete the account and its backup within 30 days and reply when it is done.
WHAT IS DELETED
Your FinnSana account: your name, email address, profile picture and account ID as stored by FinnSana.
Your cloud backup: lesson and review progress, streak, study time, settings, best scores and the words you added yourself.
WHAT IS KEPT
Nothing in the cloud. Progress on your own phone is not touched; remove it with "Reset progress" in the Me tab or by uninstalling the app.
