This Privacy Policy describes how Thirdive ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Finlog mobile application (the "App").

Because Finlog is a finance and budget tracker, we collect information necessary to provide you with a functional experience:
Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. This is managed through our third-party provider, Supabase.
Financial Data: We collect the budget targets, expense entries, income details, and category labels you manually enter into the App.
Device Identifiers: We may collect basic technical information such as your device model and operating system version to ensure App stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to:
Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
Synchronize your budget data across your devices.
Provide analytics and visualizations of your spending habits.
Improve App performance and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Third Parties
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a backend-as-a-service provider.
Supabase Privacy: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can view their privacy commitment at supabase.com.
Data Location: Your data may be stored on servers located outside of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA).
4. Your Rights (UK GDPR & International)
Depending on your location, you have the following rights:
Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update your financial and account info directly in the App.
Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated financial data at any time.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data by navigating to the Settings section within Finlog and selecting "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove your record from our Supabase database.
6. Children’s Privacy
Finlog is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
