Registration fees

Payment should be made on site in Japanese yen (JPY) at the conference registration desk. 

Registration fee:

• JPY 5,000 (Regular)

• JPY 3,000 (Student)

Banquet (January 20, 2026) participation fee: 

• JPY 7,700

Accommodation note

We strongly recommend booking your accommodation early. For hotels near the venue, please refer to the Information page.

Participants will be asked to provide:

• Email address, Name, Affiliation, Position

• Whether you will attend the banquet

• Dietary restrictions (optional)

• Additional comments (optional)

• Presentation Title, Co-authors and Affiliations, Abstract (if applicable)

An abstract of about 200 words is requested.
