fiNEPAL ("the app") is developed and published by sajilOKuraa ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information.

SUMMARY

fiNEPAL does not collect your data. There is no server behind this app and no account system. Everything you enter stays in your device's local storage and is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see your transactions, your budgets, or your goals.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store any personal or financial information on any server. We operate no backend, no cloud database, and no analytics service.

NO ACCOUNT, NO SIGN-UP

fiNEPAL has no login, no registration, and no password. When you first open the app it asks for a name to display inside the app. That name is a label stored on your device. We do not receive it, and we ask for no email address, phone number, or any other identifier.

WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE

The following is saved only in local storage on your own phone:

- The display name you enter

- Transactions you enter: amount, category, note, payment method,

  date, and recurring status

- Budgets you set for each category

- Savings goals and their progress

- Your settings: theme, currency, and language

- Your app lock settings (PIN and biometric preferences)

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to export and share it yourself (see "Exports" below).

INTERNET CONNECTION

fiNEPAL currently requires an active internet connection in order to open. This check confirms only whether your device is connected. No information about you or your data is sent during this check, or at any other time.

PERMISSIONS THE APP REQUESTS

- Internet and network state: to check whether your device has a connection, as described above

- Biometric and fingerprint: to let you unlock the app with your fingerprint or face. Biometric verification is handled entirely by your device's operating system. The app never receives, stores, or has access to your fingerprint or facial data. We request no other permissions. The app does not access your location, contacts, messages, call logs, photos, camera, or files.

EXPORTS AND SHARING

You can export your reports as PDF or CSV files. These files are created on your device. When you share an exported file, you choose the destination and the receiving app. We are not involved in that transfer and have no access to what you send. Once a file leaves the app, the privacy practices of whichever service or person receives it apply, not ours.

DELETING YOUR DATA

You can erase everything the app has stored at any time from Settings using "Clear all data". Deletion is immediate and permanent. Uninstalling the app also removes all of it. Because we never held a copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side, and nothing is retained anywhere afterwards.

DATA SECURITY

Your information is protected by your device's own security. You can add a 4-digit PIN lock and biometric unlock inside the app, and the lock re-engages every time the app is backgrounded and resumed. Because your data is stored on your device and not on a server, the security of that data depends on the security of your phone. We recommend using a device lock screen, keeping your operating system updated, and enabling the app lock inside fiNEPAL. Please be aware that if your device is lost, damaged, reset, or accessed by someone else, your fiNEPAL data may be lost or exposed along with it. We cannot restore data for you.

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

This version of the app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking, and no in-app purchases. It contains no third-party software development kits that collect information. We may introduce advertising in a future version. If we do, we will update this policy and the app's Data Safety information on Google Play before that version is released, and we will describe exactly what is collected at that time.

CHILDREN

fiNEPAL is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

YOUR RIGHTS

Because we hold no data about you, requests to access, correct, export, or delete your information are all fulfilled by you directly inside the app. Your data is under your control at all times.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here and, where required, in the app's Data Safety section on Google Play.

INDEPENDENCE

fiNEPAL is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, central bank, bank, wallet, or financial institution.
