Juggling skills
How to start
The first step is to teach your arms to work the same amount of time with the same skill, so its good if you start with something light like a scarf for example.
Take the scarf and throw it in the air with your hand and then catch it with the other.
After that make ♾️ (infinity) shaped movements with the scarf in each of your hands, then pass it from one hand to the other while still doing the infinity shape.
The next step is to add another scarf to your hand and throw them to another hand and try to catch them at the same time.
1 ball:
If this works for you, put the scarfs away and start with one ball. Throw it from right hand to the left. If you can do that, try it with your eyes closed. It's not mandatory but it will make it easier later on.
2 balls:
Make the same movements like you did with two scarfs. Take your time and dont rush bscause everyone has different learning skills.
3 balls:
Take two balls to your right hand and the last ball to your left.
Throw one ball from your right to the air and then one to your left. The balls need to fall to the other hand.
One ball always needs to stay in the air otherwise this won't work.
Repeat this and that's how you juggle with three balls.
Good luck.
Tips
You shouldn't push yourself too hard, otherwise you will be demotivated.
Try not to throw the balls forward, but more just above you.
Don't grab them in the air, but let them fall to your hand.
It's normal to make a mistake so you need to know how to follow up with something else, just in-case.
If you are sure that you can juggle with three balls, try to learn how to juggle with another things for example circles, cones or whatever suits you.
Experiences
"A few years ago, I tried to juggle on my own, but I couldn't do it, so I gave up. Now when someone actually showed me and there were more of us, it started to be fun and I finally learned a little bit about juggling." - Tereza

"Juggling honestly never even crossed my mind until this project so I was surprised that it was really enjoyable and I was able to juggle at least with three balls at the end. Even tho I wanted to give up so many times in the process i didn't, and the long hours of work payed off." - Nikola
"I wasn't sure if I would be able to juggle in such a short time, but in the end I am able to juggle with three balls and I want to improve." - Samuel
"At first I found it pretty hard to juggle because I couldn’t coordinate properly. In the first practice day we trained with a scarf and then we made balls out of rice and balloons and started juggling with one in order to get the motions right. Then, after two days we started juggling with two or three balls. Some of us figured out how to juggle with circles or cones. Now i think juggling is easy because I have practiced everyday." - Adrian
"I never enjoyed juggling as much, but here I figured out how to presevere and like it." - Jan
"Although juggling seemed difficult, after a few hours of practicing I realized it was all about practice. Now I can juggle with three balls and three circles and it doesn’t seem that difficult to me anymore." - Emilian
