I'm Andrew Mark.

I've spent my life following different paths—from the corporate world to backpacking through Asia, becoming a scuba diving instructor, travelling the world, writing, teaching and eventually making my home in New Zealand.

Along the way, I've learned that life doesn't always give us answers.

Sometimes, it gives us experiences.

And sometimes those experiences show us the way.

Here, I share stories, reflections, books and conversations about personal growth, purpose, authenticity and finding the courage to live your own life.

I believe that life can teach us a great deal — if we're willing to reflect on our experiences.

Through stories, conversations and personal reflections, I hope to share what I've learned along my own journey.

I don't expect my path to be your path.

But perhaps something I share might help you see your own life differently.

My goal is simple: to help one person.

Maybe that person is you.
