Reflection and reward! 

Learning to tell if the information that you are receiving is misinformation. Some ways to tell if the information is AI or false information is by doing these steps: 

• Look deeper into the picture and look at the visual cues (hands, background, etc.)

• Read the source and try to look at other sources that talk about the same thing to see if the information aligns. 

• Slow down and look at more than just the title and the first line! Read the whole story to get all the information. 

• Look to see if there is bias in the writing. Is there urgency to get you to read it and make a decision? It might not show you all the information. 

• Look at the author/publisher and look at other writings by them. 

• Look to see if there are spelling/grammar errors.
