My name is Kaytee Canfield and my intersectional identity is definitely one that is in flux. I just graduated in May 2019 with my PhD in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, where I studied the justice of tourism development. Finding Our Way started as a final class project, but will continue after the course to chronicle the experiences of transitioning through various career and academic stages as long as it seems appropriate.
