Are you looking for a play to perform with the children you work with, in your community, in a short period (even just a week)?
We have musicals here that work well for ages kindergarten through 12th grade. They are typically used with grades 1-7 and that is the targeted age group.

Great! For $12.00 you can get a perusal copy of the full script sent to you digitally.

Cost of 2 performances: $125.00 (each additional performance after the 1st is $50.00, so 3 performances would be $175.00)

-$110.00 - 10 Youth sized villager/townspeople fairy tale story base costumes
-$150 - 15 Youth-sized villager/townspeople fairy tale story base costumes

- or $20.00 a piece individual costume
-$20.00 - Multipurpose evil witch costume
- $50.00 - 10 green Veggie/Flower/Frog multi-purpose costumes
-$25.00 - Mixed back of Fairy Things (at least 5 wings and 5 tutus, other miscellaneous/bonus items may include flower headpieces and wands to use as needed - 5 bonus items will be included)
-$250.00 Bulk costume rental (includes royalty characters, witch (if needed), 15 villagers/peasants, 10 green multipurpose costumes, mixed bag fairy costumes, and miscellaneous backup costumes per your show choice.
ADD ON $5.00 for each additional costume if more than 40 needed

WORKSHOP/PLAY PACKAGE INFORMATION
Do you want to put together a play in your community but you aren't sure if you have all the tools you need?
Spotlight offers workshops to assist you with getting your production off the ground. We can train your community expert, artist, or theatre enthusiast how to get the show up and running!
Up and Running Package: $450
INCLUDED -
-Script copy (you make as many copies as you like) PDF and sheet music (very simple music -anyone with basic piano skills can play)
-Costume suggestions
-The performance rights for performing the play/musical for the public (1 performance, want more than 1 performance, add above performance pricing)
- 1 consulting session in person or online with the original playwright/experienced director to help train your community expert/artist.
- Email consulting throughout the process with the playwright.
Up and Running with In-Person Workshop Training: $650

All of the above items plus the opportunity to shadow the playwright during their workshop experiences in west central Minnesota.

Would you like to bring Spotlight Theatre Workshop to your community to put it all together for you?
*Please note that we book out quite far in advance and space is limited.
*Spotlight Theatre Workshop is located in Minnesota and is not currently going further than 250 miles from Willmar, MN for workshops.
Spotlight Theatre Workshop Week: $2,600.00
($600.00 deposit to hold your spot, if Spotlight has to cancel for any reason your $600.00 is returned)
INCLUDED-
Theatre Arts Expert comes to your community and handles:
-The audition and casting process
(On day 1 the participants will have their parts assigned!)
-The entire directing process/rehearsal process/performances
-Movement, blocking and choreography,
-Show/staging/choreography
-Vocal direction and coaching
-Accompanist and Accompaniment(piano)
-Costumes
-Stage setup and backdrop/scenery (basic backdrops)
-Props included
You don't have to worry about costumes, the music, or rehearsing, you just need to provide:
-A private place for the artist and family to stay if over 40 miles from Willmar, MN Mileage reimbursement from Willmar to your location
-A stage to perform on and a space to rehearse in
-An intern(s)/community helper(s)/volunteer(s) to assist with supervision
-Market the experience and get participants and audience members! You handle ticketing/seating
-Print the scripts and send info provided home to families
