Virtual Calming Room

Each new school year, new trimester, and new learning experience brings many emotions.  Your teachers and school staff members want you to know that your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. You might feel many things at once, like being nervous about new learning challenges and making new friends, but happy to re-connect with familiar friends, and excited for new adventures and experiences. Your feelings are normal; life isn't certain or predictable, but full of opportunities to learn new things Don't forget breathe.
This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, school staff, students,  & families to find tools & strategies for managing emotions & feelings. We are here to support you!
