Bu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları, Y.B.A. ("Geliştirici") tarafından, Taysan Plastik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Şirket") operasyonel süreçlerini desteklemek amacıyla geliştirilen Taysan Pro ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasının kullanım şartlarını belirler.

A. GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI

1. Veri Sorumlusu ve Geliştirici Bu uygulama, Taysan Plastik çalışanlarının kurumsal avantajlardan yararlanması için Y.B.A. tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır. Uygulama içerisindeki kurumsal veriler ve personel listeleri, Şirket yönetiminin onayı ve kontrolü dahilinde işlenmektedir.

2. Toplanan Bilgiler Uygulama, hizmetin gereği olarak şu bilgileri işleyebilir:

• Kimlik Bilgileri: Ad, Soyad (Personel doğrulama için).

• İletişim Bilgileri: E-posta adresi.

• Cihaz Bilgileri: Cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi (Teknik destek ve güvenlik için).

• Kullanım Verileri: İndirim ekranının görüntülenme zamanları (Güvenlik logları).

3. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı Toplanan veriler; kullanıcının Şirket bünyesinde aktif personel olup olmadığını doğrulamak ve yetkisiz kullanımları (işten ayrılan personelin indirim kullanması vb.) engellemek amacıyla kullanılır.

4. Veri Silme (Hesap Silme) Kullanıcılar, uygulama içerisindeki "Hesabımı Sil" fonksiyonunu kullanarak verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirler. Ayrıca, Şirket ile iş ilişiği kesilen personelin erişimi, sistem yöneticisi tarafından otomatik olarak kapatılabilir.

B. KULLANIM KOŞULLARI

1. Sorumluluk Sınırları

• Geliştirici Sorumluluğu: Geliştirici (Y.B.A.), uygulamanın teknik altyapısını sağlamakla yükümlüdür. Uygulama içeriğinde yer alan kampanyaların geçerliliği, anlaşmalı kurumların hizmet kalitesi veya Şirket'in personel politikalarından doğan uyuşmazlıklardan Geliştirici şahsen sorumlu tutulamaz.

• İçerik Sorumluluğu: Uygulamada yayınlanan duyurular, kampanya görselleri ve indirim oranları Şirket yönetimi tarafından belirlenir.

2. Hizmetin Niteliği Bu uygulama, Şirket çalışanlarına sunulan bir "dijital kimlik ve avantaj görüntüleme" aracıdır. Uygulamanın kullanımı bir hak değil, Şirket tarafından sağlanan bir ayrıcalıktır. Geliştirici veya Şirket, herhangi bir bildirimde bulunmaksızın uygulamayı yayından kaldırma veya erişimi durdurma hakkını saklı tutar.

3. Yasaklı Davranışlar

• Uygulama ekranlarının ekran görüntüsünü (screenshot) alarak veya video kaydı yaparak, yetkisiz kişilere kullandırmak yasaktır.

• Uygulama yazılımını tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) ile kopyalamaya çalışmak yasal suçtur.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

• Yazılım: Uygulamanın kaynak kodları ve teknik tasarımı Geliştirici'ye aittir.

• Marka: Uygulama içerisinde kullanılan "Taysan Plastik" logosu, ismi ve kurumsal materyalleri Taysan Plastik San. ve Tic. A.Ş.'nin mülkiyetindedir ve izinli olarak kullanılmaktadır.

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use determine the terms of use for the Taysan Pro ("Application") mobile application, developed by Y.B.A. ("Developer") to support the operational processes of Taysan Plastik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Company").

A. PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Controller and Developer This application has been developed and published by Y.B.A. to enable Taysan Plastik employees to benefit from corporate advantages. Corporate data and personnel lists within the application are processed under the approval and control of the Company management.

2. Collected Information The application may process the following information as required by the service:

• Identity Information: Name, Surname (For personnel verification).

• Contact Information: E-mail address.

• Device Information: Device model and operating system (For technical support and security).

• Usage Data: Viewing times of the discount screen (Security logs).

3. Purpose of Data Use The collected data is used to verify whether the user is an active employee within the Company and to prevent unauthorized use (e.g., use of discounts by former employees).

4. Data Deletion (Account Deletion) Users can request the deletion of their data by using the "Delete My Account" function within the application. Additionally, access for personnel whose employment with the Company has ended may be automatically revoked by the system administrator.

B. TERMS OF USE

1. Limitation of Liability

• Developer Liability: The Developer (Y.B.A.) is obliged to provide the technical infrastructure of the application. The Developer cannot be held personally liable for disputes arising from the validity of campaigns, the service quality of contracted institutions, or the Company's personnel policies.

• Content Liability: Announcements, campaign images, and discount rates published in the application are determined by the Company management.

2. Nature of Service This application is a "digital identity and advantage viewing" tool offered to Company employees. The use of the application is not a right but a privilege provided by the Company. The Developer or the Company reserves the right to unpublish the application or suspend access without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Taking screenshots or video recordings of application screens and allowing unauthorized persons to use them is prohibited.

• Attempting to copy the application software through reverse engineering is a legal offense.

4. Intellectual Property

• Software: The source codes and technical design of the application belong to the Developer.

• Brand: The "Taysan Plastik" logo, name, and corporate materials used within the application are the property of Taysan Plastik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and are used with permission.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Y.B.A. ("Geliştirici") tarafından sunulan TekPortföy mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Uygulamanın Amacı ve Sorumluluk Reddi

TekPortföy, kullanıcıların kendi finansal varlıklarını kişisel takip amacıyla görüntülemesine yardımcı olan bir portföy takip uygulamasıdır.

⚠️ Önemli Uyarı: Uygulama herhangi bir yatırım tavsiyesi, finansal danışmanlık veya alım-satım önerisi sunmaz. Uygulama içindeki yapay zeka analizleri de dahil olmak üzere tüm içerikler yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Yatırım kararlarınızı bu uygulamaya dayanarak vermeyin. Tüm finansal kararların sorumluluğu tamamen kullanıcıya aittir. Geliştirici, uygulamadaki verilere dayanılarak yapılan yatırımlar nedeniyle oluşabilecek maddi veya manevi hiçbir zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

2. Pro Abonelikler (Otomatik Yenileme)

TekPortföy, isteğe bağlı Pro abonelik planları sunar:

• Aylık Pro: Aylık otomatik olarak yenilenen abonelik

• Yıllık Pro: Yıllık otomatik olarak yenilenen abonelik

• Ömür Boyu Pro: Tek seferlik ödeme, süresiz erişim

Otomatik Yenileme Koşulları: Aylık ve Yıllık Pro abonelikleri, mevcut abonelik dönemi sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde Apple App Store hesabınızdan otomatik olarak ücretlendirilir ve abonelik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, abonelik dönemi bitmeden 24 saat önce hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.

İptal: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iPhone Ayarları → Apple ID → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz.

Fiyatlar: Güncel fiyat bilgileri uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Fiyatlar ülkeye ve döviz kuruna göre değişiklik gösterebilir.

3. Veri ve Gizlilik

Uygulamanın kişisel verileri nasıl işlediği hakkında bilgi almak için lütfen Gizlilik Politikamızı okuyun.

4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanmaktadır:

• Firebase (Google) — Veri depolama ve kimlik doğrulama

• Google AdMob — Reklam gösterimi (yalnızca ücretsiz kullanıcılara)

• RevenueCat — Abonelik yönetimi

• Google Gemini AI — Yapay zeka analiz hizmeti

Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları mevcuttur. Geliştirici, bu hizmetlerin veri işleme pratikleri konusunda sorumluluk kabul etmez.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içindeki tüm içerikler (logo, tasarım, yazılım kodu) Geliştiriciye aittir ve telif hukuku ile ilgili yasalar kapsamında korunmaktadır. İzinsiz çoğaltma, dağıtma veya ticari kullanım yasaktır.

6. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi veya Sonlandırılması

Geliştirici, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın uygulamanın özelliklerini değiştirme, kısıtlama veya hizmeti tamamen sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Hizmetin sonlandırılması durumunda aktif abonelikler için Apple'ın iade politikaları geçerlidir.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırı

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Geliştirici; veri kaybı, hizmet kesintisi veya uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, tesadüfi ya da özel zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uyarınca yorumlanır ve uygulanır. Herhangi bir anlaşmazlıkta Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TekPortföy mobile application ("App") provided by Y.B.A. ("Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and Disclaimer

TekPortföy is a portfolio tracking application designed to help users monitor their own financial assets for personal tracking purposes only.

⚠️ Important Notice: The App does not provide investment advice, financial consulting, or buy/sell recommendations. All content within the App, including AI-generated analysis, is for informational purposes only. Do not make financial decisions based solely on this application. The user bears full responsibility for all investment decisions. The Developer shall not be liable for any financial or other damages resulting from reliance on data within the App.

2. Pro Subscriptions (Auto-Renewal)

TekPortföy offers optional Pro subscription plans:

• Monthly Pro: Monthly auto-renewing subscription

• Annual Pro: Annual auto-renewing subscription

• Lifetime Pro: One-time payment, permanent access

Auto-Renewal Terms: Monthly and Annual Pro subscriptions will be automatically charged to your Apple App Store account and renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge will be collected 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Pricing: Current pricing is shown on the in-app purchase screen and may vary by country and currency.

3. Data and Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how the App handles personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Data storage and authentication

• Google AdMob — Advertising (free users only)

• RevenueCat — Subscription management

• Google Gemini AI — AI analysis service

These services have their own privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content (logo, design, source code) are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Modification or Termination of Service

The Developer reserves the right to modify, restrict, or completely terminate the service without prior notice. In case of service termination, Apple's refund policies apply to active subscriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from data loss, service interruption, or use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
