This End User License Agreement applies to the use of our applications distributed through the Apple App Store.
By downloading or using an application, you agree to this agreement.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to applicable Apple App Store usage rules.
The application is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and interest in the application, including its software, design, functionality, graphics, and intellectual property, remain with the application publisher or applicable rights holders.
You may use the application for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the application.
Reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially redistribute the application.
Attempt to bypass subscription, payment, security, or access restrictions.
Use the application for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Finance and budgeting applications provided under this agreement are intended for personal financial organization.
They are not substitutes for professional financial, tax, investment, banking, legal, or accounting advice.
Users are responsible for verifying financial information and making their own financial decisions.
Premium functionality may be available through purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple.
Payment processing, subscription management, cancellations, and applicable refund requests are handled through Apple's App Store systems and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.
Use of the application is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy before using the application.
Updates may be provided to improve functionality, compatibility, security, performance, or user experience.
Some features may change as the application evolves.
Your rights under this license may terminate if you materially violate this agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the application and remove applicable copies where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that calculations, forecasts, financial summaries, or other information generated by the application will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular financial decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses resulting from use of or inability to use the application.
You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and the application publisher and not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the application or its content except to the extent required under Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies.
Where applicable, Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.
