Finance Tracker: Budget Tool values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is processed, stored, and protected while using the app. Our goal is to minimize data collection, ensure transparency, and give you full control.
Finance Tracker: Budget Tool does not require you to create an account. The app does not collect the following personal information:
Name and surname
Email address
Phone number
Location data
The app also does not request access to:
Contacts
Device location
Finance Tracker: Budget Tool may request the following optional permission to enable core features:
Photo library access (optional): Used to attach images (e.g., receipts) to income/expense entries. This feature is available to Premium users only.
These permissions are used exclusively for in-app functionality. No personal data is transmitted to external servers.
All income and expense data is stored in the cloud and is tied only to your device instance.
If you delete a transaction, any associated photo is also permanently deleted.
We do not access or analyze your financial records or uploaded photos.
The following features are available only with a Premium subscription:
Creating multiple accounts (e.g., Personal, Family, Child)
Attaching photos to transactions
Exporting your transaction history
All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Finance Tracker: Budget Tool does not use any advertising or behavioral tracking tools.
To improve app performance, anonymous crash reports or basic usage data may be collected through tools like Google Firebase:
No personal information is linked to analytics
A randomly generated session ID may be used temporarily
All data is securely stored and used solely to improve app functionality
Since no account is created and no personal data is collected, there is no user data to delete on request.
Users may manually delete their transactions from within the app. If a transaction is deleted, any attached photo is automatically deleted as well.
Finance Tracker is intended for users aged 18 and older. The app is not designed for children.
