These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application FinanceMate: Calculators (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FinanceMate: Calculators, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any other applicable laws and regulations. The App is intended to assist users with financial calculations related to loans and payment schedules.

2. Subscription Services

FinanceMate: Calculators offers subscription-based services that provide users with enhanced functionality. The following subscription plans are available:

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99 (auto-renewable)

• Yearly Subscription: $9.99 (auto-renewable)

a. Free Version:

Without a subscription, users are permitted to perform one calculation within the app. Further calculations will require a paid subscription.

b. Premium Version:

By subscribing to either the Monthly or Yearly subscription plan, you will unlock the ability to perform unlimited calculations and have access to additional features as they are developed.

3. Subscription Terms

a. Billing and Auto-Renewal:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple iTunes Account at the time of purchase confirmation.

• All subscriptions are auto-renewable, meaning they will renew automatically at the end of their billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected subscription plan.

b. Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscriptions through your Apple ID settings on your iOS device.

• If you cancel, your access to the premium features will continue until the end of the current subscription period, after which your subscription will not renew.

c. Refunds:

• All payments made are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been activated, refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription term unless required by law.

• If you experience technical difficulties with the app or subscription services, you may contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Use of the App

a. License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FinanceMate: Calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

b. Restrictions:

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code from the App

• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or access other users’ data

5. Changes to the App and Subscriptions

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the App or its subscription services at any time, including features, content, and pricing, with or without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or its content, including:

• The accuracy or reliability of financial calculations

• That the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure

• The suitability of the App for any particular purpose

You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and any decisions made based on the results produced by the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinanceMate: Calculators and its developers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Financial loss

• Data loss

• Loss of business opportunities or profits

In jurisdictions where these limitations are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinanceMate: Calculators, its developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App and any associated services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
