Finance Organizer is a personal finance tracker. We do not run analytics, do not embed third-party trackers, do not show ads, and do not sell or share your data with anyone. Your financial data is yours. You can export it as a single JSON file and delete it at any time from the Settings page.
The Android app distributed via Google Play is fully local. The app stores your transactions, accounts, categories, goals, FX rates and settings on the device using Capacitor Preferences and the device filesystem. Nothing leaves the device unless you tap Settings → Workspace → Back up now, which opens the system share sheet and lets
you send a workspace JSON to Drive, Files, or anywhere else you choose. We never call a remote server, do not collect crash reports, and do not measure your usage.
Email address — never collected.
Transactions, accounts, categories — on the device only.
Settings & activity log — on the device only.
Crash reports/analytics — not collected.
Biometric credentials — handled by Android BiometricPrompt; never read by the app.
The Android app does not embed any third-party SDKs. No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, PostHog, Mixpanel, Sentry, etc.) and no advertising libraries are present in the build.
Finance Organizer for Android offers an optional Premium upgrade (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play under
Google's payment policies. Purchase status is checked on your device directly against Google Play — no third-party billing service is involved, and nothing from
inside the app is sent anywhere.
Export — Settings → Workspace → Save workspace (JSON) returns a complete copy of your data as a single file.
Delete — Android system settings → Apps → Finance Organizer → Storage → Clear data removes everything.
No tracking opt-in needed — there is nothing to opt out of.
The app is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes, and the in-app Settings → Help & glossary link continues to point to the latest version. We will not retroactively reduce the protections described here without a major version bump.
