EMI Calculator: Loan, SIP, FD ("the App") is developed by GRTech. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how the App works. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, by whom, and how it is used.
GRTech does not collect, store, or process your personal information on its own servers.
All calculations performed within the App, including EMI, SIP, FD, RD, PPF, GST, and other financial calculations, are processed locally on your device.
If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature, certain App data may be stored in your Google account's Google Drive App Data folder as described below.
The App allows you to optionally connect your Google account to back up and restore App data.
When you choose to use this feature, the App requests access only to its Google Drive App Data folder using the following Google Drive permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata
This permission allows the App to create, access, update, and restore backup data created by the App.
The App does not access, read, modify, or delete other files stored in your Google Drive.
Google account authentication is handled through Google Sign-In. We do not receive or store your Google account password.
The backup feature is optional. You may choose not to connect a Google account or use Google Drive backup.
Although GRTech does not collect personal information on its own servers, the App uses third-party services that may collect or process certain information according to their own privacy policies.
Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect or process information such as:
Advertising ID
IP address
Device information
App interaction and usage data
This information may be used to provide and improve advertising services.

Premium subscriptions and purchases are processed securely through Google Play.
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
Credit card or debit card information
UPI details
Bank account information
Payment credentials
Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Google Play.

The App offers premium plans that remove advertisements.
Available plans may include:
Monthly Subscription (auto-renewing)
Yearly Subscription (auto-renewing)
Lifetime Purchase (one-time payment)
Prices may vary by country and are displayed within Google Play before purchase.
The App may use internet access for:
Displaying advertisements for free users
Processing premium subscriptions and purchase validation
Loading Google Play Billing services
Optional Google Sign-In
Optional Google Drive backup and restore
Most calculator features, including EMI, SIP, FD, RD, GST, PPF, and Loan Summary, can be used without an internet connection.
The App does not request access to:
Contacts
Camera or microphone
Location services
SMS messages
GRTech does not maintain a personal user database on its own servers.
When you choose to use Google Drive backup, backup data is stored in the App Data area of your Google Drive account.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
Because GRTech does not maintain a personal user database on its own servers, we may not be able to directly provide, modify, or delete information stored solely on your device or in your personal Google account.
You can manage your Google account and privacy settings through:

You may stop using Google Drive backup by disconnecting your Google account from the backup feature or by no longer using the backup feature.
You can manage advertising preferences through your device and Google account settings.
You may also upgrade to Premium to remove advertisements from the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App may offer the following premium plans:
Monthly Plan: auto-renewing monthly subscription
Yearly Plan: auto-renewing yearly subscription
Lifetime Plan: one-time payment with no recurring renewal
Prices are displayed in Google Play before purchase and may vary by region.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your Google Play account will be charged according to the subscription details shown to you by Google Play at the time of purchase.
The Lifetime Plan is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
To manage or cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription:
Open Google Play Store.
Go to Subscriptions.
Select the App and manage or cancel your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect according to the terms displayed by Google Play. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
The Lifetime Plan does not require cancellation because it does not automatically renew.
Refunds are handled according to applicable Google Play policies.

The free version of the App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob.
Premium users receive the benefits described within the App and on the applicable Google Play purchase screen.
The App may provide an optional Google Drive backup and restore feature.
You are responsible for choosing whether to use this feature and for maintaining access to your Google account.
GRTech is not responsible for loss of data resulting from deleted backups, changes to your Google account, loss of account access, device issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App from time to time.
Premium benefits and App features may evolve as the App is updated.
The App provides financial calculations for informational purposes only.
The results provided by the App should not be considered financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Always verify important calculations independently and consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
GRTech is not responsible for financial decisions made based on calculations provided by the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of courts in India.
