Week 13

Gerber file created in week 12 was converted into a bitmap image and it was printed on a transparent film.

The transparent sheet put into a film developer solution .The sheet was washed using water.Insert the sheet into film fixer solution. The area which was bounded by the border was turned into black except the array.

A Neltec board was cut according to the required size and it was cleaned till copper layer was visible.

Neltec board was laminated

Laminated board was inserted into UV light exposure

The board was inserted into Na2CO3 solution.Then the antenna area which the UV rays went through stuck tight to the board.

The board was inserted into etcher

The board was washed by water and then using NaOH solution
