Final Rideout collects, processes, and stores certain user data to provide and maintain game functionality, online services, and account security.

Meta User ID (USER_ID): We collect your unique Meta user ID through the Meta Horizon platform. This ID is used to create, identify, and authenticate your game account within our cloud infrastructure and associate gameplay data with your account.
Meta User Profile (USER_PROFILE): We collect your Meta display name through the Meta Horizon platform. It is used for account identification, customer support, account deletion requests, and online features. Your display name may be visible to other players in leaderboards, multiplayer, and other networked features.
Gameplay Data: We collect and process gameplay information, including game progress, leaderboard results, and in-game activity. This data is used to provide game functionality, maintain player progress, support online features, detect cheating, and protect the game against unauthorized activity.
Collected data may be stored and processed using third-party cloud infrastructure services necessary to operate the game.
Data is processed to provide game services, manage player accounts, maintain functionality, and protect the integrity and security of the game.
Where applicable, processing is based on the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Users may request the deletion of their Final Rideout account and associated personal data at any time.
To submit a deletion request, email radshotxr@gmail.com and include your Meta display name so we can identify your account.
Additional verification may be required to confirm account ownership.
Deletion requests are handled without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of their personal data, or object to certain processing.
