I am an Economic Advisor at the Library of Parliament where I provide non-partisan research and analysis to support the work of Canadian Members of Parliament and Senators on cost estimates of public policies, labour markets, retirement income system, fiscal policy, etc.

I also support parliamentary committees and the Canada-Africa Parliamentary Association on key international and domestic issues. Previously, I worked as an Economist at Statistics Canada, Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, UNDP (Regional Bureau of Africa) and UNICEF-Innocenti.

I am also an Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University and an Associate Editor at the Reviews of Economic Literature
