FIM LIGHT Technical Services Ltd was founded by four members in 2015, initially as HECTO technical services ltd with a vision of excellence. We started with renewable energy sector, particularly in solar PV, Electrical installation and maintenance of small and medium projects. These included residential buildings, apartments, offices and schools.

In 2018, the company was incorporated by three members and in 2024, we welcomed two more members on board.

Today Fim Light Technical Services Ltd is one of the fastest growing construction companies in Uganda managed by specialised engineering experts and management. Despite of the founding Directors, the company has maintained highly qualified and experienced technicians in different departments.

Fim Light Technical Services Ltd has Sofer accomplished more than 1,300 projects and we are proud for having earned trust from our clients. 

Today, we have morethan 250 clients with 6 Ongoing and 100+ proposed projects. We pride ourselves on using modern building and electrical techniques, sustainable materials, and a client-focused approach that ensures every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards from residential homes to large-scale commercial projects.
