This privacy policy applies to the Filos Mobile app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Hashpotato (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.

Any audio data or recordings, if generated, are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the related feature and are deleted in accordance with applicable data retention practices.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of user information using physical, electronic, and procedural protections.
