All conversions (PDF, images, ZIP, QR) are processed locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers — we do not operate servers that receive them.
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, credits balance, and conversion history in our secure database (Google Firebase) so they can sync to your account on any device. If you use the app without an account, this data is saved only on your device, and deleting the app deletes it. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Credit purchases are handled entirely by Google Play's billing system. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
Camera — used only while you scan a QR code; nothing is recorded or saved. Internet — used to load the conversion engine libraries and sync your account. Files — only the files you select are read, solely to convert them.
You can sign out at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data (name, email, credits, history), email us at Rizwanlatif1717@gmail.com from your registered email and we will delete it within 30 days.
Filonix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
