Welcome to FilmUnit ("we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FilmUnit mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FilmUnit is a platform that allows users to:

• Showcase portfolios (images and videos)

• Offer and discover production services

• Connect with other film industry professionals

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You may upload content including:

• Profile information

• Portfolio media (images, videos)

• Service descriptions

• Contact details

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5. User-Generated Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, or harmful

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Contains false or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

FilmUnit offers paid subscriptions that unlock additional features.

Subscription Details

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings

• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased

In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

• We do not store or have access to your payment details

• Pricing may vary depending on your region

7. Pro Features

Paid subscriptions may include:

• Portfolio access

• Additional service listings

• Enhanced profile visibility

Features may change at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service

• Impersonate another person or entity

• Use automated systems (bots) without permission

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in harmful or abusive behavior

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may include third-party services (e.g., Firebase, analytics tools).

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
