1. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use the App:

• Email address — collected via Google Sign-In for account authentication.

• User ID — a unique identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication to associate your data with your account.

• User-generated content — data you enter in the App, such as film rolls, film brands, and camera models, stored in Firebase Firestore.

• Last login timestamp — date and time of your most recent sign-in, stored for security and operational purposes.

We do not collect location data, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and manage your account.

• Store and retrieve your personal archive of film rolls and equipment.

• Enable core app functionality.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for the following service providers necessary for the App to function:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — Firebase Privacy Policy

• Google Sign-In — Google Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App (Settings → More → Delete Account).

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure. 

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data.

• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.

• Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data.

• Portability — request your data in a portable format.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
