ABOUT ME 

My personal interests include following the fortunes of my two beloved football clubs: FC Barcelona and Liverpool FC, and spending quality time with my little daughter and my dog, and savouring mate, the traditional South American infusion.

 Though I must admit, a well-poured pint (or two) of good beer is never far behind. A lover of Irish music, I find that the two pair rather nicely.

 As a lifelong supporter of both teams, I have a deep appreciation for football culture, which enriches my understanding of the sporting environment, a key part of my academic work.
