Mission

To elevate the standard of basketball officiating in the Philippines by developing highly skilled, knowledgeable, and ethical referees. The Filipino Basketball Referees Group Movement seeks to improve the quality of basketball games at the grassroots and national levels, fostering fairness, integrity, and consistency through continuous education, rigorous training, and adherence to FIBA rules and standards.

Misyon
Itaguyod ang kalidad ng officiating sa basketball sa Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng paghubog ng mga mahuhusay, may integridad, at mahusay na sanay na mga referee na sumusunod sa pinakamataas na pamantayan ng katapatan at propesyonalismo. Nilalayon ng Filipino Basketball Referees Group Movement na palakasin ang kultura ng patuloy na pagkatuto at pagpapabuti, alinsunod sa mga pamantayan ng FIBA, upang matiyak ang patas na paglalaro, tamang pamamahala ng laro, at positibong karanasan para sa mga manlalaro, coach, at mga tagahanga.

We aspire to create a national network of referees who are respected not only for their technical proficiency but also for their commitment to promoting the values of sportsmanship, fairness, and discipline in every game.

Pananaw
Maging pangunahing organisasyon ng mga basketball referees sa Pilipinas, kilala sa paghubog ng kinabukasan ng isport sa pamamagitan ng de-kalidad na officiating. Inaasahan namin ang isang pambansang network ng mga referees na nangunguna sa pagsusulong ng mga halaga ng katarungan, disiplina, at respeto, na tumutulong sa paglago ng basketball mula sa grassroots hanggang sa pambansang antas.
