By downloading or using Filip (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.
1. LICENSE
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.
2. GAME CONTENT
All game design, artwork, audio, and branding in the App are provided for entertainment. The App is an original press-your-luck card game experience.
3. PAID APP
The App is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads in the current version.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App in unlawful ways.
5. DISCLAIMER
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. APPLE
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

Filip (“the App”) is a local multiplayer card game.
1. DATA COLLECTION
We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal data. The App does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking SDKs.
2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The App may store preferences locally on your device, such as:
- language preference
- music / sound settings
- target score
- player names
- local match history
- tutorial flags
This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share text yourself (for example via the system Share sheet).
3. INTERNET ACCESS
The App may open external links you tap (Support, Rate, Share). Those destinations are governed by their own policies.
4. CHILDREN
The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children.
