We are located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, the small town of Ione, Ca. We started with boer goats and then fainters. We recently got into dairy goats and have a mixture of Golden Guernsey, Lamancha, Nigerian Dwarf, and Nubian that we milk twice a day. We make all sorts of things with the milk; cheese, cajeta (caramel), bread, I use the whey to ferment different foods you can find the recipes I use under the recipe tab.
