By accessing, purchasing from, or using FileMax, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our products or services.

FileMax is a small, independent digital shop that offers downloadable digital products. All products and services are provided online only and are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Digital products sold by FileMax are delivered electronically after purchase within 48 hours. Because these products are digital, all sales are final once delivery has occurred. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, or claim FileMax products as your own, whether for free or for profit.

Refunds are not offered for digital products. If there is a problem with your order, you may contact us, and we will review the situation and do our best to assist where possible.

FileMax does not guarantee that digital products will be compatible with all devices, software, or applications. All products and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

You agree to use FileMax products and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate these terms. Misuse of FileMax content or services may result in refusal of service.

FileMax reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. Continued use of FileMax after changes are made indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
