These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the File Manager application ("App," "File Manager," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
File Manager provides tools that may allow you to browse, organize, manage, view, import, rename, move, copy, share, and delete files and folders on your device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of the files, documents, photos, videos, and other content that you access or manage through the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you store, access, import, transfer, share, or manage using File Manager.
You must not use the App to:
Store or distribute unlawful content
Infringe another person's intellectual property rights
Violate privacy or other legal rights
Distribute malicious software or harmful files
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful activities
We do not claim ownership of your files or personal content.
File Manager may provide features for creating folders, moving or copying files, renaming items, deleting files, viewing content, and managing supported file formats.
You understand that certain actions, including deletion, movement, or modification of files, may be irreversible.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important files.
We are not responsible for loss of files resulting from your use of file-management features, device failure, operating-system behavior, accidental deletion, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Certain App features may require access to files, folders, photos, or other content on your device.
You control whether such permissions are granted through your device settings.
If you deny or revoke a required permission, certain features of the App may not function properly.
The App may interact with Apple's system services or other third-party services where necessary to provide specific functionality.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services that we do not control.
If File Manager offers paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases, those purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price and billing information.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription management rules.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.
The App, including its software, design, interface, graphics, icons, trademarks, logos, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not:
Copy or reproduce the App
Modify or create derivative works
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Distribute or resell the App
Remove proprietary notices
Use our branding without permission
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the App at any time.
We may release updates to improve security, functionality, compatibility, or performance.
Some features may change or become unavailable as operating systems, device capabilities, or third-party services change.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available
The App will be completely error-free
The App will work with every device or file format
The App will meet all of your requirements
File operations will always be successful or uninterrupted
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, files, profits, business opportunities, or other information resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, developers, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws
Your infringement of another person's rights
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary due to misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Your use of File Manager is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the developer or company operates, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
