Hamdaan Studio ("we," "our," or "us") built the File Converter – All in One app (the "App") as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We are committed to your privacy. File Converter – All in One does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Specifically, we do not collect:

  • Location data (GPS, IP address, Wi-Fi location)

  • Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID, etc.)

  • Usage analytics or crash reports sent to our servers

2. How the App Works (On-Device Processing)

All file conversion and processing performed by the App happens **entirely on your device**. Your files are:

• Never uploaded to any external server

• Never transmitted over the internet by this App

• Processed locally using your device's hardware

• Stored only in locations that you choose (your device's internal storage or a folder you select)

The App does not require an internet connection to perform any of its core features.

3. Permissions Used and Why

The App requests only the permissions necessary for its features to work. Below is a full list:

We do not use any of these permissions to collect or transmit your data. All data accessed through these permissions stays on your device.

4. Files and Media

When you convert, compress, or edit a file using this App:

• The input file is read directly from where you selected it on your device

• The output file is saved to your device's Downloads folder or a location you choose

• Temporary files created during processing are stored in the App's private cache directory (`/data/data/.../cache/`) and are automatically deleted when the App clears its cache or you uninstall the App

• We do not retain, copy, or access your files for any purpose other than the conversion you request

5. Third-Party Services

This App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. No third party receives your data through this App.

If a future version of the App introduces third-party services (e.g., crash reporting or ads), this Privacy Policy will be updated, and you will be notified.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is suitable for all ages and is rated Everyone (PEGI 3). We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). Since we collect no personal data from any user, this policy applies equally to all age groups.

7. Data Security

Because we do not collect or transmit any personal data:

• There is no personal data stored on our servers (we have none)

• All file processing happens on your device, protected by your device's own security model (Android sandboxing)

• Output files are stored in standard storage locations accessible to you

We recommend you use a screen lock and keep your device's operating system up to date to protect any files on your device.

8. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data. Temporary processing files created by the App are automatically removed from your device's cache when:

• You clear the App's cache from Android Settings

• You uninstall the App

• The App's internal cleanup runs after conversion completes

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. However, you may at any time:

• Uninstall the App to remove all App data and cache from your device

• Clear App Cache via Android Settings → Apps → File Converter → Storage → Clear Cache

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), California (CCPA), or another region with specific data rights, our policy of collecting zero personal data means those rights are automatically and fully respected.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

If significant changes are made, we will notify users via an in-app notice or an update note on the Google Play listing.
