Abstract

Summarize the main objectives, methodology, key findings, and note the inclusion of related work and detailed examples for annotation labels.

1. Introduction

Introduce the shared task (cite the FIGNEWS Overvier paper here), emphasizing its relevance and objectives.

Mention the paper's adherence to the title format and its alignment with the shared task's goals.

Discuss shared tasks, datathons, or similar efforts in dataset and guidelines creation within the NLP community, citing relevant works.

Compare and contrast these efforts with the current shared task, highlighting any novel approaches or contributions made by the team.

2. Annotation Methodology and Examples

2.1 Development of Annotation Guidelines

Describe the process of creating guidelines, emphasizing the inclusion of label-specific examples for both subtasks.

2.2 Data Annotation Process

Explain the annotation process, highlighting how examples were used to guide and standardize the application of guidelines.

2.3 Inter-Annotator Agreement (IAA) Analysis

Outline the IAA methodology, noting the role of examples in achieving reliable agreement.

3. Team Composition and Training

Include detailed subsections on annotator demographics, training, and team coordination, as previously outlined.

4. Task Participation and Results

Detail the team's performance, emphasizing how the inclusion of examples and the comparison with related work informed their approach and outcomes.

5. Discussion
