Your WW Workshop info can be found in our Winchester Group in Connect or in our Workshop Group Chat! Please please keep coming in! And just a reminder....you don't have to lose the vacation weight or being away weight before you come back in! Our workshops are Tuesdays at 6pm, Wednesdays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 8am and 9:30am. Check ins are done 30min before each workshop and at the end of workshops!

Don't forget to RSVP. Remember, the scales are always OPTIONAL. Just come get the information that will help you move forward! Please email me at charmissa.biscoe@ww.com if you are struggling!
