1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Fighter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Fighter is a training tracking app that allows users to log combat sports sessions, build streaks, and connect with friends.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fighter.

4. Subscriptions

Fighter offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile photo, username). By submitting content, you grant Fighter a license to display it within the app to your friends.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the app for any unlawful purpose

- Impersonate any person or entity

- Upload offensive or inappropriate content

- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

Fighter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during training.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
