It's in my blood...my mom was a teacher in India. I knew I got the passion from somewhere!

I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. I graduated with my BA from SJSU and also earned a Masters in Education from CSUEB.

I have been a Brookvale Bronco since my first official day of teaching in March 2000, and haven't left since. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else!

My philosophy of teaching not only includes academic strength and building, but also creating good citizens for our community and society. A lesson in Honesty and Accountability hold just about the same weight as a lesson in Fractions and Identifying Main Ideas. (But don't worry, those academics will be rigorously practiced daily!)
