FIFA FAN FESTIVAL MIAMI REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs)

The FIFA World Cup 26 [FWC26] Miami Host Committee invites companies with demonstrated expertise in large-scale event production to review and respond to category-specific Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for consideration as production vendors for the FIFA Fan Festival Miami.

The FWC26 Miami Host Committee entrusted with planning and delivering FIFA World Cup 2026–related community programming in Miami, has retained Logistics Management Group as its official event producer for the FIFA Fan Festival Miami. For clarity, the FWC26 Miami Host Committee operates independently and is not FIFA.

The FIFA Fan Festival Miami will be a free public celebration, presented for up to 23 days during the FIFA World Cup 2026. It will serve as the premier gathering destination for residents and visitors to experience live match broadcasts on large-format video screens, engage in interactive fan experiences, live entertainment and enjoy a diverse selection of food and beverage offerings.

Logistics Management Group is issuing RFPs to identify and contract with highly capable companies across a variety of categories critical to the successful planning, build-out, and operation of the FIFA Fan Festival Miami.

Each RFP will outline the category-specific scope of work, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria. Prospective partners are expected to review the RFP carefully and comply with all instructions provided.
