All proposals must be submitted electronically via email to fffevents2026@gmail.com. Please reference the RFP title in the subject line of your submission. Paper copies will not be accepted.
Each procurement document specifies its own deadline. Submissions received after the deadline will not be reviewed. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit early to avoid last-minute issues.
Yes. Each RFP includes a designated Q&A period. All questions must be submitted in writing to fffevents2026@gmail.com by the deadline listed. Answers will be compiled and shared to ensure transparency
Some procurements may include optional or mandatory site visits to Bayfront Park. Details, including dates and registration requirements, will be outlined in the relevant RFP.

Notification timelines vary depending on the scope of the procurement. Vendors will be informed of the outcome once the evaluation process is complete, according to the timeline specified in each RFP.
No. While local vendor participation is encouraged, the procurement process is open to all qualified vendors who can deliver the required services in Miami. Priority may be given to vendors with demonstrated local capacity.
