I am a PhD candidate at the chair of Applied Economics at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. My research interests are Environmental and Health Economics, Economics of Crime, Economic History and really anything that sounds like a fun application of the causal inference toolkit.
I organize the Faculty Research Seminar at the Faculty of Economics and Management in Magdeburg. I am a member of the Center of Evidence-Based Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Magdeburg.
At the undergraduate level, I have been teaching Introduction to Econometrics, Introduction to Econometrics II and Macroeconomics. At the graduate level, I have been teaching an Introduction to Statistical Software as part of the Scientific Work module, Evidence-Based Policy Analysis and Population and Family Economics.
