FieldStamp is a professional camera app built for field work, inspections, construction, maintenance, site documentation and project reporting.
This Privacy Policy explains how FieldStamp accesses, uses, stores and protects information when you use the app.
FieldStamp may request access to the following device features and data:
Camera, to capture photos and videos.
Microphone, to record audio when video recording is used.
Location, to add GPS coordinates and address information to captured media when enabled.
Photos, videos and files, to save, browse, edit, organize and export captured media.
Barcode and text information, when you scan labels, equipment tags, job numbers, delivery codes, signs, paperwork or screens.
Project information entered by the user, such as project name, company name, reference number, notes, logo and report details.
FieldStamp uses this information to provide app features, including:
Capturing photos and videos with timestamps, GPS data, address, project details, notes and logos.
Saving photos and videos with custom file names based on project and stamp information.
Organizing captured media into project folders.
Scanning barcodes into project name or reference fields.
Capturing text from labels, signs, paperwork or screens.
Adding notes to photos and videos.
Editing and marking up field photos.
Creating PDF reports with project details, timestamps, notes, references, location data and company branding.
Customizing watermarks shown on photos and videos.
FieldStamp is designed to store captured media, project information, stamps, notes and generated reports locally on your device unless you choose to export, share or back up those files using other services.
FieldStamp does not sell your personal data.
FieldStamp does not share your captured media or project information with third parties automatically.
You may choose to share photos, videos, PDF reports or project files using your device’s sharing tools, email, messaging apps, cloud storage or other third-party services. When you share files outside FieldStamp, the privacy practices of those third-party services apply.
FieldStamp may use location data to add GPS coordinates and address information to photos, videos, file names, watermarks and PDF reports.
Location data is used only for field documentation features and is not used for tracking users for advertising.
Camera and microphone access are used only when capturing photos or videos.
Photo, video and file access are used to save, display, edit, organize, select and export media inside the app.
Data created in FieldStamp remains on your device until you delete it.
You can delete captured photos, videos, project folders, notes and reports from within the app or from your device storage, depending on where the files are saved.
If FieldStamp stores any app settings or project information locally, uninstalling the app may remove locally stored app data, depending on your device and backup settings.
FieldStamp uses device-level storage and Android permission controls to protect access to your media and project information. You should protect your device with a passcode, biometric lock or other security method.
No method of digital storage or transmission is completely secure, but FieldStamp is designed to limit unnecessary data collection and keep field records under user control.
FieldStamp is not designed for children under 13 years old. The app is intended for professional field work, inspections, construction, maintenance and project reporting.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
