User Data Deletion Policy – FieldOps

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

FieldOps allows users to request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their data by contacting us via email:

Please include:

• Registered email or user ID

• Name (if applicable)

• Organization name

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• User account data

• Activity records

• Location data

• Uploaded images

3. Data Retention

Some data may be retained temporarily for:

• Legal obligations

• Internal reporting requirements (if required by the organization)

Such data will not be used for any other purpose.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

5. Important Note

FieldOps is an enterprise application used by organizations. In some cases, users may need to contact their organization administrator for data-related requests.
