FieldMate Terms of Service

Welcome to FieldMate! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using FieldMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FieldMate is a precision farming tool designed to provide guidance and field tracking services.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial period.
Continued use of GPS running in the background may reduce battery life.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use FieldMate.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
FieldMate offers a paid subscription for full access.
Subscription payments are billed via your Apple ID account.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's settings.
You may not use FieldMate for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm, damage, or interfere with the Service.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app.
FieldMate is designed for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional farming advice.
FieldMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on the Service, including but not limited to field guidance inaccuracies or equipment misuse.
FieldMate does not collect or store user data.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
