FieldLVC Pro is a field documentation application designed for cable installers, low-voltage technicians, and infrastructure support teams. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when users use FieldLVC Pro.
FieldLVC Pro may allow users to enter, capture, upload, store, or generate job-related information, including:
Job information, work order details, technician notes, checklists, cable logs, materials, equipment details, photos, documents, blueprints, schematics, location details, signatures, and field reports.
FieldLVC Pro uses the device camera permission only to allow users to take photos for field documentation.
The camera may be used to capture job site photos, equipment images, cable installations, IDF/MDF rooms, blueprints, work progress, completed work, or other job-related evidence.
FieldLVC Pro does not use the camera for advertising, tracking, facial recognition, background monitoring, or any unrelated purpose.
If location features are used, FieldLVC Pro may use location information to document job location, check-in/check-out status, and field report accuracy.
Location information is used only for technician workflow and field documentation purposes.
Users may choose to create, upload, attach, export, print, or share photos, documents, notes, signatures, and reports inside the app.
Users are responsible for the content they enter, upload, export, print, or share from the app.
FieldLVC Pro may store information locally on the user's device or inside reports generated by the user.
If a user exports, prints, emails, uploads, or shares reports outside the app, the selected third-party app or service may process that information according to its own privacy policy.
FieldLVC Pro does not sell user data.
FieldLVC Pro does not share user data with advertisers.
Any sharing of reports, photos, documents, job information, or other user-generated content is initiated by the user through the app features or device sharing options.
If the app includes a private chat module, it is intended for field coordination and job-related communication.
Private chat content is not automatically included in final reports unless the user manually copies, exports, or shares that information.
FieldLVC Pro may use Android system features such as camera, file picker, document viewer, location services, print services, or email/share options.
When users interact with third-party apps or services from their device, those services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
FieldLVC Pro is intended for professional field technicians and business/workforce use. It is not directed to children under 13.
FieldLVC Pro is designed to support field documentation workflows. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not required for job documentation.
